April 20th, 2022 Andrew Peterson shared his story entitled "Respect Me, But Include Me Too" at the Shelton Auditorium in Indianapolis. Andrew's journey has not been an easy one, although he's faced it with great strength and courage. In the womb he was affected by fetal alcohol brain syndrome. Andrew overcame all challenges and focuses only on the positive, and his self appointed title of "No Limits Andrew"! Watch his story and you'll see why! Andrew Peterson is an elite runner and inclusion advocate. But being born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome didn’t make the journey easy. The permanent brain damage left an intellectual disability which blocked opportunities. Still today people see what Andrew can’t do rather than his personal strengths. Yet the young Andrew, with the infectious smile, persevered, found his tribes and changed hearts along the way.
